Famo's Subs and Salads is very particular when choosing its franchisees. We are seeking individuals who possess the followings skills and traits:
- The drive to succeed - the commitment to make it happen
- Sales and marketing ability
- Business management experience - at least two years
- Foodservice experience (highly desirable)
- Adequate financial capability
- Ability to follow through and finish tasks
- Good education (to be able to manage all business functions and to relate to customers)
- Entrepreneurial and independent but not rebellious
- Able to follow system and work within an established framework
- Ability to multi-task (to be able to coordinate more than one project simultaneously)
