At Famo's Subs & Salads, we provide our franchisees with one of the best and most efficient quick service restaurant concepts. Our extensive franchisee support includes our proven system that has enabled us to be acknowledged as one of the best food concepts in the entire Chicagoland area.

Our well designed training program allows our franchisees the knowledge and skills essential to operating a Famo's Subs & Salads. Our four-week training program is designed for each franchisee and up to two (2) designated management employees. This training program includes in-depth, one-on-one instruction and on the job training with one of our certified trainers in our own location. Each franchisee must attend and successfully complete our training program. Once completed the franchisee will be able to perform in all areas of sandwich making, counter service, food preparation, food ordering as well as running the entire business operation.
